The service was warm and attentive, and the hygiene was excellent. They even provided complimentary laundry detergent, which was a nice touch. The environment was also very pleasant.

Stayed here for 5 nights as a solo traveller in Shanghai in Jan 2026. The room was big and clean and the housekeeper comes daily. It is right beside Xinzha MRT station with many eateries and convenience stores around. The staff allowed me to check in at 10 am which was a big plus after my red eye flight from Singapore. Will definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to Shanghai!

The environment is great, very clean, and the front desk service is excellent. It's very convenient for transportation to the city center and also very quiet. Highly recommended!

I love the hotel! Sincerely, their accommodation services are superb! Cleanliness is amazing too, the cleaner comes everyday to change sheets/towels and clean the room. Location of the Hotel is good, alot of convenience store and food nearby, most importantly the metro station! Recommended!

## Environment: The hotel's location near Xinzhulu Station on Line 1 makes subway travel incredibly convenient, offering seamless connections to both the airport and high-speed train stations. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas in the waiting area and self-service hot water available. Even in winter, the lobby temperature is pleasant, giving a good overall impression. ## Facilities: As expected from the Homeinns Group, the standard facilities are comprehensive and easy to use. ## Hygiene: The overall cleanliness was excellent. Not only was the room neat and spotless, but the hallway carpets were thick and tidy, indicating meticulous cleaning. The room's bathroom was dry and clean, with toiletries neatly arranged and tile countertops shiny and stain-free, making for a pleasant experience. ## Service: I'd especially like to commend the front desk ladies for their warm, competent service. Whether it was checking in, storing luggage, or attending to room details, their efficiency was remarkable, and they were friendly, flexible, and highly effective. A shout-out also to the front desk gentlemen for their professional and prompt assistance with equipment maintenance and check-in inquiries. It was a pleasant, comfortable, and warm stay.

Good location, close to the train station and convenience stores. The surrounding area feels safe even at night. The air conditioning, heater is a central system. On the first day of the stay, there were minor cleanliness issues, and there were occasional cigarette smells in the hallway. In the morning, there was an unexpected incense smell due to a worship area on the same floor, though it was unclear what it was used for. Overall, the stay was acceptable.

Good location with 100 m from Xinzha Metro Station Exit 6. Plenty of yummy restaurants nearby. Room is clean and staff are very helpful.

It’ near MRT and can early check-in. The staff are so freindly and well mind-service. And we got the gift from the hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere! The environment is also great! The front desk lady was incredibly warm and even gave us a small gift.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the BTS/train station and convenience stores. The reception staff provided excellent service. My room was spacious and had no cigarette smell, which was great. However, the bedsheets felt a bit rough, not smooth, which made me feel a little itchy while sleeping. Overall, it’s still a good hotel.

Overall great experience. The room size was a bit smaller than we expected but it is still okay.
