The service at this hotel was amazing, the location is perfect as I had a birthday celebration at a restaurant around the bund, so commuting was easy for me. The room was clean and the staff was welcoming.

I am not satisfied with this hotel in the following aspects:
- Location is not good as its description and a few miles away from the Bund.
- View is bad and don’t expect any the Bund view or high floor view. The outlook is so deceive and captured from a specific angle.
- Service attitude is not friendly and hope they can improve this. More smiles can make guests feel welcomed.

I stayed two nights at Atour Hotel (Bund). The hotel is located in a touristic part of Shanghai, close to Bund and many restaurants and shops. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and cozy. It had water boiler and some coffee and tea, and of course bottled water. The cleaning service was late. I got my room cleaned around 16:00.
I do not have any photo from the hotel. Below one picturing one of the locations from my Shanghai trip.

Hotel is very good location close to the bund. Hotel staff are very courteous. One time I was collecting my laundry at 6am and found they were stashed nice, clean, and folded and put on a shelf for me to collect. Check in times were extremely flexible. These people went above and beyond for you and would recommend this hotel very much!
