The environment and facilities were excellent, and the service was very thoughtful. It was a wonderful experience! My trip with my bestie was very relaxing, and the breakfast was superb. The Jiangxi restaurant served authentic food, and the boat afternoon tea is definitely worth trying!

Our stay here was to celebrate my parents' birthday, and we were incredibly satisfied with the hotel's environment, service, facilities, and dining options. What really stood out was the rich Chinese cultural atmosphere, which was truly enchanting and allowed us to immerse ourselves in various hotel experiences, such as traditional Chinese painting, tea tasting, art exhibitions, and morning classes at the spa. We stayed for two nights, and both evenings at dinner, a birthday cake was provided. On the actual birthday, longevity noodles and longevity peach buns were also served – both beautiful and delicious. The dinners and afternoon teas were also fantastic. The garden also had adorable small animals like swans, peacocks, deer, and wild ducks, all very friendly, especially the swans who were experts at posing for photos! 👍 The Christmas season was approaching, which made the atmosphere even better. We were also given hotel vouchers with no usage restrictions, which was a very thoughtful touch. Our room even had an extra floral arrangement, which was a special surprise for my parents. And upon checkout, we received a small gift.

Every year, I celebrate my birthday at Bulgari, but this year, due to their price increase, I decided to try out Amann instead. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Despite a few minor hiccups, the hotel's high-level service made up for everything. I'd like to specially commend our butler, Danniel, who was very responsible and great at solving problems. First, let's talk about the downsides. The room design wasn't as good as Fuchun Resort Hangzhou. Although it was advertised as 100 square meters, there were long corridors, many cabinets, and a lot of outdoor space, which meant less practical usable area. The room only had two chairs, and an extra bed cost 800. After the front desk understood our dissatisfaction, they contacted the butler. Danniel proactively waived the extra bed fee and provided breakfast for our child. The second issue was a peculiar smell coming from the shower room. I mentioned this to a passing staff member, and it was quickly relayed to Danniel. This just goes to show that their customer service is truly top-notch, far surpassing Amann in Beijing and Hangzhou. The butler came to the restaurant to inform me of the solution, and that evening, we were upgraded to a courtyard suite, which offered significantly more practical space. My third complaint is that the courtyard suite had a lot of airplane noise, with a plane flying overhead every two minutes until after midnight. They did provide earplugs in the room, though. Beyond the excellent service, the facilities were also a highlight. The hotel has an exclusive park, and they offer complimentary bike rentals, so you can cycle around. The lawn by the restaurant is stunning. The Silver Leaf Seafood Hotpot is definitely worth trying, with two white peacocks nearby and fresh vegetables grown on-site for guests. The IMAX cinema is a must-visit, offering a private screening and a lie-flat viewing experience. A tip: select and download your movies a day in advance so you can enjoy the film after check-out without wasting any time. The male staff member during check-out was also very nice. Overall, five stars!

My husband and I had an absolutely perfect experience at Amanyangyun this past weekend! The thousand-year-old camphor trees and ancient Ming and Qing dynasty residences here truly transport you back in time. With the tranquil bamboo groves and serene courtyards, every step felt like wandering through a living painting. For our dining, we chose the Yin Lu Seafood Hot Pot; the ingredients were incredibly fresh, exquisitely sweet, and left a delightful, lingering taste – truly memorable. Our biggest surprise was the hotel's travel photography service for guests. Dressed in qipao, we took beautifully atmospheric photos in front of the ancestral homes, bamboo groves, and ancient trees – we got so many stunning shots! The hotel's service was impeccable, from our attentive butler to every thoughtful greeting; they even presented us with a farewell gift upon check-out. This truly embodied the 'Aman touch' – a perfect blend of warmth and refined elegance. It was definitely a secluded getaway experience worth savoring again and again!

From the moment you step into Amanyangyun, you are enveloped in a profound sense of tranquility. The lobby might appear unassuming at first glance, but the meticulous details speak volumes: the plants in the atrium are refreshed every 20 days, and all wooden elements are crafted from rare Golden Silk Nanmu wood, truly embodying understated luxury. For dinner, we chose Lazhu restaurant. We watched a fascinating film chronicling Amanyangyun's remarkable journey of transplanting thousand-year-old camphor trees, originally from Fuzhou city in Jiangxi province. The story was incredibly moving. Inspired by this, we decided to try their authentic Jiangxi cuisine. We took a chance and ordered the Chicken Mushroom, A-Choy, and Pork Neck dish, which turned out to be surprisingly delicious! Coinciding with my upcoming ***** birthday, our standard room was upgraded. We were delighted to discover a 'Happy Birthday' pillow, the bathtub adorned with beautiful rose petals, and a Tiramisu birthday cake that was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet.
