Booked a night specifically for the New Year's fireworks, and it was totally worth it! Already planning to come back in the summer with my little one. Special shoutout to staff member Xiao Chen, who gave us so many thoughtful tips in advance, adding tons of pleasant surprises to our stay!

The minimalist style of Kerry Hill, Aman's go-to designer, perfectly blends with the traditional ancient architecture at Amanyangyun. Every detail, from the front desk to the butler service, demonstrates exceptional care. The cultural experiences at Nan Shufang are definitely worth trying. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel prepared so many thoughtful touches to make it special. Aman truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier luxury resort. My partner and I both feel that after staying at Aman, other hotels just won't measure up.

The environment and facilities were excellent, and the service was very thoughtful. It was a wonderful experience! My trip with my bestie was very relaxing, and the breakfast was superb. The Jiangxi restaurant served authentic food, and the boat afternoon tea is definitely worth trying!

These days, city getaways are all the rage, so I brought my family from downtown to stay at the Amanyangyun. It truly feels like a vacation even though we're still in Shanghai. Overall, the staff's service attitude is excellent, especially those at breakfast and the bar who were proactive, service-minded, and very thoughtful. The spa massage was also incredibly relaxing, and my masseuse, Helen Xu, was very friendly. The day before we left, we met a female staff member named Ms. Wan at the Nan Shu Fang. She gave us a detailed tour and explained the history and stories behind the Nan Shu Fang, leaving us with a wonderful impression. We'll definitely bring the family back if we have the chance. The only downside was the noticeable airplane noise on Friday night, though we didn't experience it the day before. However, given its proximity to the airport, it's probably unavoidable.

Our stay here was to celebrate my parents' birthday, and we were incredibly satisfied with the hotel's environment, service, facilities, and dining options. What really stood out was the rich Chinese cultural atmosphere, which was truly enchanting and allowed us to immerse ourselves in various hotel experiences, such as traditional Chinese painting, tea tasting, art exhibitions, and morning classes at the spa. We stayed for two nights, and both evenings at dinner, a birthday cake was provided. On the actual birthday, longevity noodles and longevity peach buns were also served – both beautiful and delicious. The dinners and afternoon teas were also fantastic. The garden also had adorable small animals like swans, peacocks, deer, and wild ducks, all very friendly, especially the swans who were experts at posing for photos! 👍 The Christmas season was approaching, which made the atmosphere even better. We were also given hotel vouchers with no usage restrictions, which was a very thoughtful touch. Our room even had an extra floral arrangement, which was a special surprise for my parents. And upon checkout, we received a small gift.

The hotel environment is quite nice and relatively quiet, with a convenient location. The ancient architecture and trees make you feel more grounded. The golden nanmu furniture and decorations inside are beautiful and exquisitely crafted. All the staff are very enthusiastic.
