JI Hotel (Shanghai Xujiahui Tianyaoqiao Road)

This is my go-to hotel. It's incredibly convenient for parking, getting around, and dining, plus it's nice and quiet. The service is consistently great. There are also plenty of nice places nearby for a stroll, like the Martyrs' Cemetery and Longhua Temple. And food delivery is super fast too!

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room was quiet and clean, allowing for a very comfortable rest. They even thoughtfully provided a welcome fruit platter, showing great attention to detail. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

The room was very clean. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also clean and had a great variety. I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, very close to Longhua subway station. It's right next to Longhua Temple, so you can easily pop over for a visit.

Absolutely terrible. The room I was given was right next to the elevator, and I could hear the delivery robots going in and out of the elevator even at 3 AM. When you open the bathroom door, the toilet faces the bed. To get into or out of the shower from the sink, you have to squeeze past the toilet to the wall behind it, there's just no room. The female staff acted like they were doing me a favor, looking down on customers. I came to your hotel expecting the high standards of a 'Ji Hotel', and you treat me like an *****. Disgusting hotel.

I booked this for a business trip. We arrived at 3 PM but couldn't check in because they said the room wasn't ready. We finally checked in after 4 PM. When we got into the room, there was a terrible smell. The facilities and furnishings were very old, nothing like a typical 'Ji Hotel'! Outside the window, you could see a Martyrs' Cemetery and a makeshift shed that looked like a slum. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was very damp. At night, the shed was making crackling sounds, like a shoe warehouse loading up. We couldn't sleep at all. My colleague and I both couldn't get any rest in that room, enduring the whole night. For nearly 600 RMB, the experience was truly awful. I won't be coming back.
