The location is excellent, very close to Renji Hospital, with plenty of dining options nearby. It truly feels vibrant and convenient! I booked a windowless room, but the front desk upgraded me to room 8611, which had a small window. It was a pleasant surprise to see the beautiful view outside. However, the bed area in the room was a bit cramped, though the bathroom was decent. The biggest issue was being near the elevator; I could hear every word spoken by everyone who passed by, crystal clear. I wonder if other rooms are like that. Also, the air conditioning, even on the lowest fan speed, felt very strong and uncomfortable. Maybe I'm getting old and can't handle the draft? Turning it off made the room too hot. I even tried placing some tissues on different parts of the bed, and they were all fluttering! I ended up sleeping with my head covered, which resulted in a terrible night's sleep.

Room was extremely beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures, service staffs were friendly and often asks to provide room cleaning if required, when asked not to makeup room, they still provided amenities and water for you outside the room. Overall a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and nice, had towels, shower gels etc, hairdryer, safe and slippers
