The lady who checked me in was fantastic; she upgraded my room, and my butler, Cecilia, was incredibly attentive. You truly get what you pay for here. The Bulgari's location and facilities are top-tier in Shanghai. The fact that breakfast is available until 1 AM is a huge advantage. The service was also excellent, with Cecilia being particularly warm and welcoming. The caviar for afternoon tea was very generous, though they were a bit stingy with the champagne 🫢. The Italian restaurant is highly recommended; they were so attentive to me since I was dining alone. You can tell the room is a bit older, but it's generally very well-maintained. The closet was too dark though, I couldn't see anything! 😂 The welcome amenities were lovely, and they even gave me a luggage tag with my name on it. Thank you!
