Very clean and comfortable. I forgot my headphones once I contact the team they reply and help to send back to me . Near to the airport.

The hotel is very convenient in location near to Hongqiao airport. The power was down in the middle of the night around 3 am. The phone in the room doesnt connect to the reception. I had to go down and inform them. But the staffs are very kind and nice. The hotel in overall is very nice in cleanliness and service.

Great place for business travels. There are supermarkets nearby. Room is clean, bathroom is tidy. Suitable location for going and coming back from train station also to the factory.

The room was very comfortable. After all, it was a season hotel. I booked it because there was a concert at the Echo Place in Hongqiao Sports Park. It's not far from the airport, but there was no noise from the planes flying over. They also gave me earplugs. The facilities were complete, and the washing machine downstairs was very convenient. It was just a little regrettable that the room was not soundproofed well. The neighbors talked loudly after watching the concert.
