Kia ora, we are a couple from NZ. We stayed for one night only before going to the airport. We wished we stayed here longer as it was so dreamy and peaceful.
Check in was easy and the girls were very helpful. Room was AMAZING and was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast in the morning had western and Chinese options and was delicious. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport and this was quick and easy.
I would highly recommend this hotel. One thing to note is on Trip.com it is advertised as one name and upon arrival we found it was called “Moonloo” just an fyi when needed long to find it.
Location is fantastic with access to shops and dinner options.

So great! So clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The front desk staff in the evening and morning were so nice and helpful. Nice breakfast. Good selection of nearby restaurants and a supermarket. Would stay again!

I stayed here the night before heading to the airport (Pudong). It was very convenient and the staff were super friendly. The room was excellent and there was a lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was great!

The Hotel is called MoonLo Hotel on its signage out front. The surrounding area is nothing special looks wise, but it is a little shopping area which has a Luckin Coffee, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Burger King ,Lawson's, a supermarket and numerous Chinese food eating places close by. The interior of the hotel is very artful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

Love love love this place, The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The breakfast is by far the best I had, alot of items is home make. Will definitely return again and again

I would highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and kind. It was so nice to be able to bring my cat with me (200rmb extra) and that they accommodate a late check-out (100rmb/hour after 2pm). The Taxi ride to the Airport is 10-15 minutes and costs 50RMB. I heard that the breakfast is delicious but was not able to attend because animals are not allowed and I was afraid to leave my baby alone in the room. The room was GORGEOUS and everything was really well designed and beautiful. The entire building is really stylish and well designed. Animal or not I would ALWAYS recommend this hotel. Super great experience.

A beautiful hotel with unique rooms. My daughter loved climbing up the ladder to her bed. Close to a big outlet mall and the airport.

Room cleanliness is on but most of the furniture is made of wood hence it might be a bit moisture stain on it...
Reception Xiao Ming is not honest as before we book the hotel, it advertise is free shuttle from hotel to Pudong airport..While the reception Xiao Ming said we need to pay CNY50 for the transport...if we want to get it free need to give them good review...
The next day when we took shuttle to airport, the driver Mr.Lee said charges only apply if you take shuttle before 7am...Driver Mr.Lee is friendly

Very nice Hotel. Near Shanghai Pudong airport but also near subway (around 3km to Linkong Road). Room was clean, front desk service very friendly and breakfasts also very good. For sure will stay there next time
