The hotel's location is near Wujiaochang, and I booked it because of the Hyatt name, but I felt cheated upon arrival. The parking lot is above ground and shared with several other hotels, and the environment is very mediocre. Honestly, the hotel's interior isn't as good as an Atour hotel. When I walked into the room, I found bloodstains on the sheets, and the interior decoration was also just average. The hairdryer wasn't the advertised Dyson either.

Much, much better than expected! This is genuine Hyatt quality. For this price, most places around here are budget chains like Home Inn, so I thought this would be some small, independent brand. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it's under the Hyatt umbrella. The room quality really stands up to bigger hotels, and the bedding is excellent. The public areas are a bit smaller, but for a business trip, it's perfectly sufficient. It's not a resort, so you're not spending your day at the hotel; the main thing is a good rest.

A great hotel for a decent price. UrCove by HYATT hotels are always quite nice and clean for even a couple of nights stay. The location of this one is also great, being right next to one of the biggest mall complexes I experienced and a great metro connection to the most famous spots in the city (although you probably have to cut through the mall or go around it to get to the metro entrance).

The hotel's facilities are really good for its price point. The gym is small but has a nice workout vibe, and it's well-separated from the laundry room. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I kept coming back because I really liked the location. However, this stay was absolutely terrible. When I was getting ready for bed, all four ceiling lights in the room wouldn't turn off. I tried the switches multiple times, but they just wouldn't work. I called the front desk, and a staff member came up to check and confirmed there was an electrical fault. I expected the hotel to handle the problem properly, but at 3 AM, they offered to change my room. At that hour, I should have been fast asleep, and having to move all my luggage in the middle of the night would have severely impacted my sleep quality, so I refused! The room wasn't inspected for electrical issues before check-in, and their emergency solution after the fact was crude. They just wanted me to switch rooms to avoid their own problem. The front desk service was genuinely the worst I've ever encountered. The staff member had a scowl on their face, and the room key card they gave me didn't even work – a cleaner had to help me get into the room. The charging cable provided was also broken. Room hygiene was terrible; there were long hairs on the duvet, which was really frustrating. When I asked for the robot to deliver my takeout, the staff seemed incredibly impatient. They seriously need to train their employees better; this Hyatt brand is really going downhill.
