The hotel provide free shuttle bus from & tp Airport and also from & to Disneyland. It is only 15-20 mins to Disneyland. The room is comfort and provide all necessary amenities.  The staff also give me an early check in since I am arrived early morning with no extra cost. The metro is about 8 mins walk with Line 2 which is convenient to go to & from city, both airports, and also railway station.

Good location and very convenience to go disneyland, staff very kind and hotel is clean no smoking at all.

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional . Handled my early check in and arranged cleaning lady to assist me in bringing all my family’s member’s luggages into the room . Also advised to prearrange the free hotel transport in advance . Definitely will recommend this hotel

A very good choice to stay during Disneyland trip with convenient airport and Disney Park shuttle services.There is FamilyMart with just 1-2 minutes walking from the hotel. The room was cozy and large enough for 2 people with 2 big luggages. Comfy bed with 2 pillows and also have large towels. Hotel staffs were very helpful although some of them may not speak English but that's not a problem because we have google translate app. Communicating via hotel's WeChat is awesome with quick response. Me and my friend have comfy rest after our 2-days Disney trip at this hotel.👍👍 P.S. Chuansha Metro Station is a bit far from the hotel and the pavement bricks along the way was a bit rough for lugging the luggage. It will be awesome if the hotel also has shuttle service to the station. : )

The service is super excellent. 他们都很热情。The receptionist really help us a lot and they are willing to help us receive our packages that we bought online. They have transport to send and pick up us at airport and the Disneyland. The room is very big, bright, and clean. Overall, we really satisfied to stay at Shanghai Future Shang Ju Hotel. 😊

Overall, the stay was good. However, our experience was impacted by a strong smoking smell in our room, which seemed to flow from the neighboring room during the night. This caused me to feel nauseous and uncomfortable. I requested a room change, and the reception staff promptly assisted us with the relocation, which I greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend the hotel enforce stricter policies, such as penalties, to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. On a positive note, the morning reception staff were exceptionally passionate and helpful, leaving a great impression.

One standout feature is the free use of washing machines with dryers. While you need to visit the hotel next door on the second floor to access this service, it's a fantastic amenity for travelers looking to freshen up their clothes. The Shanghai Future Shangju Hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience, friendly service, and useful amenities. Whether you're in Shanghai for business or pleasure, this hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming base for your stay. They also offer free airport pick up and drop off. Disneyland transpo is free, but you need to book them in advance. Highly recommended!"

This hotel is highly recommend for traveling Disneyland Shanghai. It’s clean, wide, minimal room and nearby Disneyland and the Airport If you want save budget I recommend this place Good service!! I impress all reception they always help and welling to service us til last day Impressive!!!

Good to stay, especially before going to the airport. Staffs are very nice and the accomodation is well-managed. The shuttle bus to the airport is quite punctual.

The location is convenient and the free shuttle bus to Disneyland and the airport is fantastic. Anyone looking to visit Disneyland should definitely consider this hotel.

Staffs were helpful n friendly. We reached earlier and they were able to allow early check in. About 10mins walk from ChuanSha metro which is 5 stations away from Pudong airport. Convenience.

Impressive things about traveling to China this time is to stay here All the employees are lovely. Help in everything From the receptionist, security guard, and housekeeper. We encountered many problems when traveling and requesting a car. The staff helped us very well. Beaming A little far from the BTS, the walls of the room are thin, but overall you can overlook it because the staff here are really lovely / the price is not expensive, the breakfast is delicious, the staff are excellent.
