This hotel is really close to Disney, and they offer a shuttle service to and from the park, which is super convenient. The rooms are also very clean. It's located within a park-like area, so it's nice and quiet at night. The staff are all very friendly, and the buffet is quite good. Definitely recommend it!

you get what you pay for. the hotel was old but relatively clean. the only issue we encountered was mold on the bathroom ceiling and sink and difficulty finding the free shuttle from disneyland, we ended up ordering a didi as we couldn’t find it. the breakfast buffet is big and is mainly chinese food and staff were nice but did not speak english so had to use translate. disneyland is less than 10 minutes away by car

Located in a run-down industrial area, the room quality is on par with a budget hotel costing 100-200 yuan. The soundproofing is terrible; high-speed trains pass by every few minutes in the distance, creating a lot of noise in the room. The room door is practically useless and offers no sound insulation at all. The air quality in the entire room was also poor, with a mixed smell of smoke and toilet amenities. The furniture in the room looked old, as if it was picked up from a second-hand market. The room offers extremely poor value for money.

It was perfect spot, near Disney park, secure area. The hotel was clean, big rooms and comfy. The transportation to Disney Park was perfect. The dinner that was included was delicious. Definitely will stay here again.

This hotel, part of the HUAZHU Group, is very close to Disney and has a lovely fairytale theme. Getting there by Didi (ride-sharing app) is super convenient – you're practically there in a second! The shuttle service is especially great. After watching the fireworks show, there was no need to rush or worry at all because the hotel shuttle safely took us back.

The hotel environment is great, and the room facilities are very complete. The most outstanding aspect is the service—the attitude and attention to detail are superb. This is the first time I've experienced a handwritten welcome card in a non-butler-style hotel. I particularly want to praise the front desk staff, who were incredibly enthusiastic and had an amazing attitude. I've never encountered such excellent service outside of five-star chain hotels. Also, a big thumbs up to the hotel staff who helped move my belongings and luggage directly to my new room when I switched. Plus, they offer late-night snacks after a day at Disneyland, which really helps relieve the day's fatigue. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I visit Disneyland!

Overall, it was very good, and the breakfast was delicious. However, there's a garbage station right outside the hotel and dirty water along the road. The room was a bit dated, but the bathroom fixtures seemed to have been updated. The faucets, showerhead, and toilet were all Kohler, which was excellent; the shower pressure was great and very refreshing. Though, the toilet lid didn't have a soft-close feature, so it made a loud noise when closed.

It's relatively quiet inside the park. The main perk is the convenient shuttle bus service for getting back at night, and they even have a robot for room service! The room is quite spacious, and the shower has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower experience.

Out of all the chain hotels I've stayed at, Starway always gives you that steady sense of comfort and happiness. It's clean, quiet, and the service is attentive. No fancy gimmicks, just genuine comfort. All the travel fatigue just melts away the moment you step into the room. Highly recommended!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk service was warm and efficient; check-in took less than five minutes, and they even kindly told me about good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were complete and odor-free. The soundproofing was excellent too, so I slept really soundly at night. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients and great taste. Next time I'm in the area for golfing, I'll definitely choose this place again!

The room was in a really out-of-the-way corner, about a 30-second walk from the elevator. I have no idea why they'd put me there when there were clearly plenty of empty rooms closer by. The drain in the bathroom was clogged, so the shower would back up with water. Soundproofing was practically nonexistent, and there was a pretty strong odor when I first walked in. Plus, the window couldn't even be opened.
