Very pleased with my stay here. The rooms and the service deserve high marks. The hotel offers useful inclusions such as no-fee washers and dryers (with complimentary soap), a gym, a cowork space, and bottled water. The exterior sound insulation allowed me to sleep undisturbed even though my room faced the expressway. I didn't hear any car noise penetrate into my room. All the desk employees were professional, engaged and unhesitant to help. The only inconvenience I experienced had to do with the in-room wifi, which requires a Chinese tel number to access. But one of the desk employees, Arielle, allowed me to log in with her tel number. If you need a hotel next to the biotech park, this is the one to choose.
