First of all, the pictures are irrelevant. The hotel's hygiene is quite good, but the service needs improvement. The dim sum room service could be earlier, and it's a bit messy being mixed with other things.

I have to say, the front desk service was excellent. I didn't realize I booked a room with a small window, so I asked the front desk if they could upgrade me to a room with a full window. They happily gave me a free upgrade, which was really great service. The room itself was nice, and it even had a lake view. Downstairs, there's a park with a beautiful view, especially this time of year with all the peach blossoms in bloom – it's really pretty. The room was also very spacious, and the facilities, equipment, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room rate wasn't high either, so it's definitely worth staying again.

The location is great, right next to a shopping mall with a well-developed commercial area and complete amenities nearby. The service is excellent, and the environment and decor are very new. The soundproofing is also good, making it perfect for a restful stay.

I've booked here multiple times. While the decor isn't fancy, the rooms are very comfortable and kept impeccably clean. It's conveniently located for transportation, making it great for business trips or family travel. The rooms are also quite spacious.

Very clean, location is nice and the room was overall great. However, i wished the windows were bigger to enjoy the view. Front desk was also super helpful

The room floor was moldy. The elevator was shared with the office building, and there were all sorts of random people there. It was the worst stay I've ever had.

The room was okay, tidy and clean. The bad review is for the hotel front desk. Are they all just busy with work? I checked in on the afternoon of the 26th and checked out on the afternoon of the 27th. When I checked out, they asked me to write down my license plate number. When I left, the system showed I still had to pay for parking. I called the front desk, and they said they would only cover the parking fee for my check-in, saying I checked in at noon on the 27th. After I said I checked in on the afternoon of the 26th, the front desk said, "Then give me your license plate number." What was the point of writing down my license plate number when I checked out? There were other cars waiting behind me. Then I had to pay for parking myself. Does Marriott, such a large group, not train its staff? The experience was terrible.
