The hotel's location is excellent and the underground parking is very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. The room size was decent, and they even upgraded my room for free. I was also able to get an invoice for my stay, which was a nice plus.

The location is easy to find, and James at the front desk was very friendly and approachable. Check-in was quick and efficient, and check-out and invoicing were handled swiftly and skillfully. He even helped upgrade my room! He answered all my questions patiently. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!

The hotel's location and surrounding area are great, and the service was very warm and attentive. They even gave us a free room upgrade. The room felt a bit old but was quite spacious, so the value for money was still pretty good.

Great location, right next to the SML Center which is super convenient, and very close to the subway. There are also convenience stores, craft beer shops, coffee shops, and cake shops right outside. The hotel staff are all fantastic! Breakfast is also good; I stayed for 4 nights and there were always some changes each day. Just a heads-up, they strictly clear the food at 9:30 AM, so don't arrive at the last minute. The room also has a mini-fridge, which is a lifesaver in the summer. The fitness center and pool are free to use. I accidentally left some clothes in the closet when I checked out, and I really appreciate the staff for keeping them safe for me. No complaints other than the mattress being a bit firm and the TV not having screen mirroring.

The room was spacious and bright with a beautiful street view. The location is very convenient for transportation. The service attitude was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. There's even a convenient store in the lobby on the first floor, which is super handy. Across from the hotel is Xuhui Ruihong Sun Palace, which has a lot of great restaurants.
