Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao -Handwritten Collection

This hotel is located in the bustling Gubei area, very close to Sasseur Life Plaza and Takashimaya. The rooms are elegantly decorated with a classic, old-money charm, and are very quiet. The air conditioning is also wonderfully strong, and the lobby is tall and grand, exuding a luxurious atmosphere.

Hanyue Pavilion has become my top choice for business trips. Its location is excellent, with a shopping mall and a green park right outside. Upon entering the room, the slightly ajar doors made it very easy to find the bathroom and closet, a great detail. The room's retro decor gives it a very homey feel, and the high-floor room I was assigned offered a panoramic view.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Metro Line 2. The surrounding facilities are complete with large shopping malls like Wandu, Nanfeng City, and Shanghai Archwalk, so you'll have no trouble finding places to eat and drink.

Slept really well, the bed was so comfortable I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. The facilities are also quite new. The highlights are definitely the bed and the gym.

This hotel boasts an excellent location and offers free parking. The room was well-equipped with toiletries and was spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. I was a bit apprehensive about the price before arriving, but after experiencing it, I realized it's a historic brand hotel with incredible value for money!

This stay was fantastic! The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with all sorts of delicious options to suit every taste. The executive lounge also offered an excellent and extensive selection of drinks.

My flight landed at Hongqiao, and I randomly picked this newly renovated Accor hotel. The check-in experience was quite eventful, and although there were some frustrating moments, the hotel's Guest Relations Manager handled everything commendably. It's clear they still have that Westin service standard. The hotel breakfast is definitely worth trying; both the dining environment and the food selection meet star-hotel standards. I hope they can be even more meticulous with the details. Looking forward to my next stay.

Booked a suite for two nights again this time. Front desk manager Xu upgraded us to a newly renovated Swiss suite. It's a spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, washing machine, and microwave. From the window, Nan Fung City, Shum Kai Centre, and Gubei International Plaza are all within easy reach. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and transportation is very convenient. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was staffed by Wally, a friendly young man from Shanghai who provided excellent service. On a side note, I actually prefer rooms on lower floors. This is an old-school five-star hotel with a grand ambiance. While the decor is a bit vintage, all the room facilities are complete. It's a different kind of experience, but all in all, it was a good fit and great value for money.

The hotel is generally clean and quiet, with a brand new, stylish, and minimalist renovation. The hygiene is meticulous, with every corner spotless and dust-free. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and the concierge staff were warm and polite. All staff members provided gentle and thoughtful service. The breakfast selection was rich and the taste was excellent. Plus, it's conveniently located for dining, shopping, and getting around. I genuinely recommend staying here.
