The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. The service is consistently good. This stay, I especially want to thank Ms. Li at the front desk for arranging our early check-in in the morning, which was a great convenience. Next time I come to Shanghai, Radisson Hotel will still be my first choice.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The hotel helped with our luggage. Beautiful place with stunning views. Nice pool. The only thing is, the reviews about the amazing breakfast were a bit exaggerated.

Excellent location and a delicious, varied breakfast. The stunning restaurant on the 45th floor offers incredible views and amazing cuisine.

I had really bad sleeping problems because of jet lag and some other worries. They extended my check out to 3pm. Place smells nice, easy to walk everywhere. Will definitely come back 💚

Fantastic central location, right opposite People's Square, close to 3 metro lines including Line 2 which goes almost everywhere (and to the airport in 1 hour), and connected to a huge shopping mall adjacent to the hotel. We had a late arrival due to a flight delay, but the staff was available for check-in. The breakfast was magnificent with a great selection of savory, sweet, Chinese, and continental options – something for everyone, plus superb freshly squeezed orange juice. The family suite was immense, though a bit dated, but it suited us perfectly. Housekeeping was done daily. I was able to communicate with the concierge via WeChat beforehand, and they were very kind. The only reason I'm not giving a 10/10 is that we didn't receive any information about dining at the hotel's restaurants, visiting the bar, or going to the swimming pool. For the pool, we had to find its location ourselves, and it was complicated to figure out which floor it was on relative to our building. We were on the 9th floor: we had to go down to the 8th floor, cross into the adjacent building where the 8th floor became the 6th, and then go up to the 8th floor of the new building 😛 It was hard to figure out and understand where we needed to go. The pool and jacuzzi are great and felt wonderful after a day of sightseeing. Swim caps are mandatory but provided by the lifeguard if you don't have one. There's a magnificent view from the bar located in the upper tower, even if the elevator is tricky to find for going up or down.

Super hotel, very very clean, a very pleasant hotel scent, great access to the metro. Overall a fantastic stay, we were very glad we chose this hotel.

This hotel is famous for its proximity to Nanjing Road. We were lucky enough to get a room with a great view, which made our trip incredibly happy. The night view was so captivating that we didn't even want to go out! The best part was being able to walk to New World Department Store and having an underground connection directly to Nanjing Road. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you to Kara for her kind assistance during check-in and check-out. I would definitely revisit 100%!

The facilities feel high-quality, but I think the age of some of them needs to be considered. Alternatively, the hotel could proactively inform guests about their condition or offer solutions. Other than that, the service was quite good.

The hotel is very well located, and the cleanliness is exceptional. However, the facilities and furniture are outdated, showing their age. The TVs in the rooms, at least, look about 15 years old.

We really liked this hotel. They were accommodating and allowed us to check in early, also moving our breakfast from the last day to the first. The rooms aren't new but they are clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a great view from the 19th floor. The breakfast is particularly worth mentioning – very decent! We especially appreciated that the hotel didn't have any of those typical Chinese smells. Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, comprehensive facilities, and comfortable rooms. Jackie arranged everything perfectly, helped me with a late checkout request, sent me birthday wishes on my special day, and recommended great Shanghai cuisine and nearby attractions. On a business trip, I stayed for three nights. The location is excellent, and the garden view room overlooks People's Park, which is very comfortable. There are major shopping malls right outside, and plenty of coffee options. The breakfast selection is rich, and the staff are super friendly. A special thanks to Jessica for helping me with a late checkout at 3 PM, which made my trip much less rushed. I look forward to bringing my family to stay here for a vacation next time.

The hotel boasts an excellent location: Xintiandi, the largest Starbucks, the Bund, and Jiefangbei are all within walking distance. The sheer scale and beauty of the lobby are immediately impressive. The breakfast spread was superb – truly enjoyable with something for everyone. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, though the interior design feels a bit dated (for instance, it took some time to figure out how to switch the water from the faucet to the shower). We were also surprised by the very old model of television, which seemed quite unexpected. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel.

Bathroom was clean. The carpet and bedding didn't smell very fresh, a bit stinky. Service was very good. The view from the room was normal. Location was good. The revolving restaurant on the 45th floor was a bit pricey and not very tasty.
