多次多次入住金茂君悦，真的是很喜歡陸家嘴這家酒店！酒店雖然是開業多年的老酒店，但是房間維護和保養做的非常好，看不出老舊的痕跡！房間設施齊全，床品和洗漱用品都很不錯，洗浴用品是Balmain ，真的很好用！這次金茂的賓客體驗大使IVY在我入住前就主動與我聯繫，詢問我的入住需求，還幫我升級了嘉賓軒的江景客房，非常感謝她的周到細緻服務！房間正對着陸家嘴金融中心，麪江可以很清楚地看到東方明珠，不管是夜景還是白天的景色都超好看！嘉賓軒的行政下午茶從中午十二點開始，下午茶的品鍾並不是很多，但是晚上的Happy hour真的是很不錯，餐品豐盛，口味極佳，而且持續時間久，從下午五點至晚上八點都有提供！酒店的自助早餐真的是超級愛吃，雖然我因為回國的第一天在倒時差錯過了早餐時間，但是第二天早餐真的在裏面坐了足足兩小時享用豐盛的早餐！早餐分為中餐區和西餐區，個人認為西餐區的風景更好看，因為正好面對江景和東方明珠塔，但是中餐和西餐的餐品都是超級豐盛，菜品味道很不錯，因為56樓的早餐太好吃啦，所以嘉賓軒的早餐沒有去打卡！酒店的位置太好啦，不僅地處陸家嘴核心區域，負一樓就是地鐵站，而且打車去浦西各個景點和購物廣場都很方便！這次特別感謝禮賓部，因為我上週入住金茂的時候行李箱壞了，不得已去南京路的商場又買了一個新的行李箱，因為當時要趕着出國，所以舊行李箱衹能寄存在禮賓部，一直等到我一週後出國回來，再次從禮賓部取回舊行李箱，真的非常感謝禮賓部的工作人員！本次入住和上次入住期間酒店都處於滿房狀態，入住客人幾乎都是外國人，本國遊客很少，但是即便在如此緊張的房源情況下，酒店依然為我預留了我喜歡的房型，真的非常感謝！總體來説，入住金茂君悦超推薦！地理位置超便利，去哪都輕鬆，房間乾淨整潔很清爽，景觀優美超治癒，不管是休息還是賞景，都特別合適！

和老媽來住上海金茂君悦大酒店，房間乾淨，入住的是第65樓，窗明幾凈，落地窗户外面就看得到陸家嘴全貌和東方明珠黃浦江。攜程上定的嘉賓軒客房套餐，嘉賓軒在83樓，下午茶很愜意，縱覽美景。晚上的嘉賓軒歡樂時光，品種很多。第二天6:30就去56 樓吃自助早餐啦，景觀很好，早餐品種豐富。餐食美味，床睡得非常舒服，睡眠非常好，非常享受的一次旅程。（特別要誇誇賓客體驗部團隊，提前加了微信，有問題回覆非常及時，超讚的）

Service is top notch - starting front door with concierge greeting you from taxi, to friendly/efficient reception staff, to dedicated service lead to assist every step of the way. Very very happy.
