Regent Shanghai Pudong

For my tenth anniversary with my wife, we chose the Regent. The hotel had prepared some simple decorations in advance, and our room's location and view were excellent. Some say the Regent's rooms are dim, but I genuinely love the dark red and green color scheme. A small exhibition was set up using the curved white walls, which my wife really appreciated. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great natural light during the day, decaf coffee capsules, and very cozy bedding. The best part, however, was the pool. Although not large, the view was incredible, and the bubble massage in the hot spring pool was very relaxing. After a swim, the Finnish sauna was just perfect. The staff were warm and attentive, promptly responding to our requests, and their attention to detail was impressive. The overall atmosphere was wonderful. They even followed up with a call later to ask about our stay. If the food could be a bit tastier, it would be absolutely perfect. I would definitely choose to stay here again for our next trip.

The location is absolutely fantastic! A big thanks to the front desk for upgrading us to a room with an Oriental Pearl Tower view – it was stunning both day and night. Shopping and everything else around is super convenient too. Facilities: The mini-bar and capsule coffee machine were great. My only minor gripe is the hairdryer; it's an old-fashioned model with weak airflow and could definitely use an upgrade.

This May Day holiday, my family and I stayed at the Regent Shanghai Pudong for the first time. The hotel's ambiance and quality were excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive. We were on the 39th floor, and the view from the window was truly lovely. The room also came with complimentary wine, drinks, and snacks, and the furnishings were quite new. Overall, it definitely met luxury hotel standards.

Public transport is easily accessible, with a subway station nearby, making it effortless to get around.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping! There's a commercial complex right downstairs, and IFC and Galeries Lafayette are just a few steps away. The hotel service is professional and attentive, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff's attitude is really good. The 41st-floor pool and high-altitude gym offer a first-class experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Fantastic location and service! Right in the heart of Lujiazui, surrounded by metro stations, attractions, and shopping malls. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is excellent. The city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is absolutely stunning. Plus, there's an infinity pool on the 41st floor and a professional gym. Highly recommended!

Complimentary first round of mini-bar with each stay (includes one bottle of red wine): One bottle of dry red. Service: Enthusiastic, proactively helped with luggage and opened car doors.
