InterContinental Hotels SHANGHAI JING'AN by IHG

This was my second stay here, and I can't say enough about the service and atmosphere. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. The breakfast was decent; while not huge, the quality of each item was good. They even upgraded me to an executive floor room! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Throughout my stay, the service was incredibly thoughtful. Emily was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the cleaning staff did a meticulous job. Any requests were handled promptly. The location is excellent, making for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay.

This hotel is really nice! I have to commend the spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, and large bathrooms. It's an old-money style hotel, yet it even has smart toilets! The lobby and exterior design are incredibly stylish, and the breakfast was delicious too! It's definitely a hotel I'd choose again. The complimentary Cui Ting double business set meal from the hotel was also excellent!

Five out of five stars, highly recommended! The hotel is very close to Shanghai Railway Station, just a 10-minute walk away. The Suzhou Creek is right behind the hotel, which is also a great area for a stroll. A special shout-out to Joyce and Orlando! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in efficiently and smoothly. The facilities were well-maintained and comprehensive, and the cocktails at the lounge were excellent. Our overall experience far exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!

She was all smiles throughout the check-in process, efficient and quick, and even gave me thoughtful recommendations for local transportation. She handled all my requests perfectly. Her kind and professional service really made my stay start on a high note.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just 500 meters from Shanghai Railway Station's subway stop, making it incredibly convenient for getting around! I really appreciated the spacious room and the separate toilet and shower areas. The hotel environment is elegant, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. It's clean, and the service is great. Definitely worth staying here!

To avoid the holiday crowds, we decided to have a staycation close to home, primarily for the pool. It was a really pleasant experience. The service was good, and the breakfast was great. I guess you could call it a 'staycation,' which seems to be quite popular these days.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. Although the hotel isn't new, it's very well-maintained. The location is excellent, right across from Shanghai Station. The Chinese restaurant's dishes are definitely worth trying.

Excellent hotel, close to the train station with restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. They even helped upgrade our room, and the hotel breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection.
