Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel

The hotel facilities are quite old. The design of the washing area is problematic as water easily splashes onto you. There's no robot service; you have to come down yourself to pick up food deliveries or anything else sent to you. Breakfast service is very slow; the restaurant closes at 10:30 AM, but after 9:30 AM, many items are not refilled. The swimming pool service is also very poor; they don't adapt to the actual situation and warn guests not to use certain areas. I didn't even want to swim for more than 20 minutes.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The pool is great. Service: The service was excellent, perfect for swimming with kids. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They even reminded us not to drive during restricted hours.

Spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with attentive and thoughtful service. The lobby is truly grand and magnificent. Breakfast is rich, varied, and delicious. Plus, there's parking available and it's not crowded. The subway station is right at the entrance.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a groom's wedding suite! It's very photogenic, and the room even came with thoughtful red bedding. The living room was beautifully decorated, which created a fantastic ambiance. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. Parking was convenient, and they offer simple meals on the first floor, which was great for feeding the driver, photographer, and other staff during lunch. Overall, we were very satisfied. It's an excellent choice for anyone planning a wedding here! 😊

Literally 15 minutes after I checked into my room, someone rang the doorbell and immediately opened my door! Luckily, I hadn't changed yet. I quickly asked who it was, and she claimed to be the supervisor, mumbled something about checking if I needed anything, and then just left! I was truly shocked that she just opened my door! The location is great, right by the subway exit, and the exterior is impressive. However, the room itself is dated. The bathroom tiles looked perpetually dirty, the carpet was old, and the TV was small with a blurry picture.

I booked this hotel for my boss's last-minute business trip, and he was very satisfied. It was clean, hygienic, and conveniently located with easy access to everything. We'll definitely be staying here again.
