Wyndham Shanghai Hongqiao

The room was excellent, clean, cozy, and very quiet! The service was great! I accidentally double-booked my room, and they even called me today to process an automatic refund. Huge thanks to the hotel for their support, I'll definitely be back!

The staff were really enthusiastic, and they upgraded our room for free upon check-in – big thumbs up! The facilities are excellent, and the service staff were all great; the service was spot on. The hotel also offers free parking, which is a basic but nice perk. The bedding was so comfortable that I overslept, haha! They even allowed for a late check-out. Plus, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Hongqiao Railway Station.

Our stay was excellent, largely due to the warm and helpful service from the staff, especially Owan. They even offered a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, and the spacious room made our stay very comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to Hongqiao Railway Station, and the complimentary shuttle service to the station was a huge plus. The environment is also great, with a high-end lobby decor. We'd definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance.

The service from staff member Owan was excellent and proactive. We received a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, and the room facilities were very complete. The hotel environment is beautiful, with an outdoor swimming pool that's perfect for children. The hotel's location is superb, very close to Hongqiao Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. They even provide a free shuttle service to and from Hongqiao Railway Station, which was very satisfying. I'll definitely be back to experience it again.

The overall hotel experience was great. The location is convenient for getting around, the room was clean and tidy, and the basic amenities were all there. Service was prompt, and the bedding was comfortable. It offers good value for money. There's a little room for improvement on the minor details, but overall it's worth staying and a good option for travelers.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was five-star standard, and for this price in Shanghai, it's really great value for money.

Mona at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel room was comfortable, tidy, and clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the afternoon tea was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the National Exhibition and Convention Center, making travel easy. The facilities are comprehensive and it offers excellent value for money.

Due to an unpleasant stay at another hotel, we spontaneously switched to the Wyndham at night. The overall decor is very European. The front desk staff, both the young lady and gentleman, were incredibly warm and professional. The room was very cozy, equipped with a Peet's coffee capsule machine, and there's also an outdoor pool on the eighth floor. If you opt for a stay without breakfast, they even provide two complimentary afternoon teas. It was a very thoughtful touch.
