每次會來入住這家酒店 staycation, 酒店大堂給人感覺敞亮舒適，服務非常到位，重點表揚一下一位來自馬來西亞的美女小姐姐“Evelyn ”，人漂亮，也非常專業，很有修養！一到達酒店已經幫我預留好一間19樓房間。房間舒適整潔，客房服務員也非常的好， 每次看到我回來都知道我的喜好，都會在房間特意多為我準備一些我需要的物品。讓人有種“家”的感覺，很温馨。房間和酒廊用的咖啡和茶也都是進口的。至於酒店的早餐這麼多年品質非但沒有下降還更上了一個level！品種更豐富，口感也很棒！酒店內還有很多配套設施，有上海菜餐廳， 西餐，粵菜中餐都有。 還有健身房。酒店裡還有個露台也很舒服， 非常適合聊天 放鬆~ 強烈推薦大家 來體驗一下，一定不會失望！

Stayed here six nights, enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable. Porter helped to carry luggage to taxi. Max gave me a room upgrade, Kitty helped to change room. Hotel gave a special discount for laundry, loved the laundry service. Special thanks to level 21 housekeeper Xiaowei who was very helpful. I would like to stay here again.

Good hotel service by the staff, good location. With lots of eateries n shopping nearby. Will stay in the hotel again when travel to Shanghai. Manage to get 3 rooms on same level. 👍🏻

I would like to strongly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travel. Location is quite central with plenty of shops, restaurants and shopping centre nearby. Room is clean and full of nature lights. But most important is the services, as I’ve many luggage and the concierge staffs are extremely friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely rebook this hotel whenever I return to Shanghai.
