This hotel is more than 5 star hotel. Their staff goes to extra length to accommodate their guests. It's a new hotel with modern facilities. Very clean environment. Daily sessional fruit platter and soup bowls were delivered to our room. Same day free laundry service was provided. I would recommend them to provide iron and iron stand in the room. Xiaoyao was assigned to our room and she was excellent. She looked after us like a family member. So humble and sincere. Very close to line 14 Zhongning road metro station. Only 3 minutes walk. There is a very nice halal Muslim food restaurant close to the hotel. Only 10 minutes walk. I would definitely stay in this hotel during next visit to Shanghai.

The staffs here are 100/10. They are super friendly and hard working so much so i have to give them a review on this. Even the KTV is a little bit noisy at night but the staffs also notice us at first if we dont want to move to other room. Giving us a lot of welcome gifts and help us to carry the luggage whenever we comeback to the hotel. Highly recommend

The service was AMAZING!!! not only did they provide everything we needed (fan when we said the heater was too hot, universal charger plug, complimentary fruits and tea ) they helped me retrieve my camera when i lost it on a didi back to the hotel. The staff are extremely caring and friendly. nice and pretty hotel lobby and hotel room . staff always ready to help and provide good recommendations to first timers !! would come back to this hotel if i come to shanghai again 💗please give this hotel a try ! you won’t regret it :)

The location is very strategic and very near to the subway station for commutation. The hotel staff (Yun) is very kind and polite and we had a pleasant stay in this hotel. I did not give a 5 star for Service and Facilities due to the hotel did not provide the option for the guest to choose whether they want to turn on or off the AC during cold season, but centrally controlled to disable the AC for all rooms. We could not sleep for the nights when the heater was on as it was superb stuffy and we had to open the windows. The room is not sound-proofed and very noisy as it is facing the main road. I hope the hotel could take this concern seriously and think for the benefits of hotel guests. The breakfast has wide selection and international buffet style.

Service was impeccable! They really went out of the way to make the stay amazing for my fiancé and I. Hotel is very clean and spacious! Location is also 2 minutes away from the mrt station.

Room was great , service from the hotel was excellent . Cab was able to pick us up easily from the pick up point . Location wise was great as it was opposite the train station . The breakfast here was great food choice was good . The services from the guan Jia was excellent, helpful at all time with all your questions answer ! Hotel cleannesses was excellent that’s was the most important part !
