Hyatt On The Bund Shanghai

The service was absolutely amazing, especially Lorna! She called ahead to arrange our room and, after learning it was my girlfriend's and my anniversary, she thoughtfully prepared a cake and a small gift. It was incredibly sweet and attentive, and the service was so thorough and patient. Responses were always quick. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view, clean, and tidy. The location is also fantastic, right near the Bund. We had a wonderful stay, and next time we're in Shanghai, the Hyatt on the Bund will definitely be our top choice!

The hotel is very new and luxurious, and the woody scent is delightful. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a Pearl River View room, which also included a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was amazing, with both Chinese and Western options, and a great variety of dishes. The breakfast hours were also long enough, making it a super comfortable experience. The hotel has city-view elevators, and I didn't experience any ear pressure while riding them. My room was clean and tidy, with a perfect room temperature and no AC noise – thumbs up! The bedding was dry and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. There was a private party at the bar that was a bit noisy, but it was handled quickly after I reported it. The bathroom was also very spacious. I'm very grateful to Lorna Meng for accommodating my special requests. This was a very pleasant stay, see you next time!

Returned to Grand Hyatt again~ This stay was great, the service was superb! Anisa was very patient and helped us arrange rooms in advance. Both rooms were on the same floor with nice views. The rooms were clean and tidy. Will definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is super convenient. Just a few minutes' walk to the left and you get an amazing view of the entire Bund. The service was also excellent; Lorna was so thoughtful and had the room ready for us in advance. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

This hotel is worth checking in just for the view alone, it's so incredibly enjoyable to stay here. The price for this room to admire the Bund scenery is an absolute steal! It's right next to Suzhou Bridge, so it's quiet, and the room is very clean. You can enjoy the Bund view directly from your bed. The breakfast is abundant with a huge variety of options, and the service is excellent. A special thank you to Lorna from the hotel for all her help.
