Best of the best! Great location near the Hongqiao train station and airport, clean and spacious room, amazing breakfast(my kids loved the Korean Ramen!) and not to mention wonderful services! We will revisit for sure when we come to Shanghai!!

It was a business trip for us. We had two room and stayed two nights, both bathroom had problem. Alot water come out from shower to toilet side. Second issue all furniture very old. Other details are not bad.

Thank you for the housekeeping team, they did a great job. While having breakfast F&B team did not come to clear plate although I sat just near to the entrance and they just standing there chatting with each other

It was a short stay and everything was good. The hotel was clean. Service was great. The hotel staff spoke English. There's a beautiful garden on the rooftop of the hotel. It was also great to see that there was a variety of western cuisine available.

I was in a wheelchair and the room was spacious and the staff considerate in helping with the issues that I did have. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Had a great stay! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Beautiful room! And the breakfast! A full buffet with delicious western and Chinese dishes.

My room the shower is broken, reception offered me an upgrade Room. He tell me UP GRADE no DOWN GRADE, But in reality I was given a worse room. Very disappointing. Why do you have to lie? If i know it's worse, you should just fix the shower No need to move rooms. Thank you

From check in to check out, Everything went smoothly. The breakfast is amazing both Chinese and western varieties of food selection. The hotel is very clean and big and very close to PVG airport. Hilton never disappoint when it’s come to service. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The staffs are very helpful and give you recommendations while in Shanghai.

The service is good but it is weird that the hotel is charging carpark for hotel guests.

The hotel and breakfast was so good. Very clean and the location is so convenient just 15 or 20 minutes away from the airport!

This hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation;The lobby is simple and atmospheric, with a reasonable layout; High efficiency and attentive service at the front desk; The room is bright, quiet, hygienic and clean, and convenient for work.
