This hotel is definitely amazing and cost effective. 👌 The room was really spacious, with a great view, clean, and the amenities are great. It has a fabulous gym, and the pool is large. You can buy their breakfast which is fabulous, and the view from their revolving restaurant on the 50th floor just completes the whole experience. You don't have to worry if your Chinese is not too good, their staff is fluent in English, and they also have an amazing service attitude which quite frankly is hard to find. Only a 7 minute walk from the Pudong train station, I will definitely come back.

A very comfortable place to get rest and they have a very couteous front desk specially Ms. SHELLY and her group, thou the revolving restaurant could improve the flavor of the food they are serving. The view from our 39th floor room is beautiful.

Great views of famous Pudong skyline, though large TV actually rather spoiled the view of Huangpu River and darkened the room. Bathroom a little dated but clean, bed big and comfortable. AC controls didn't work well, and room felt too hot.
Check-in reception located on 5th floor, otherwise easy elevator access from lobby straight upto rooms.
A Starbucks downstairs and a convenience store a little further up straight , otherwise there are not too many shops or facilities around the hotel area.
Short walk to subway , connects with the new modern driverless Line 14 which is a fast way to get into thr city center avoiding crowded line 2. Also short ride to lujiazui where there are some good restaurant options on waterfront. Generally quiet around area at weekends with low traffic.

The location is good - about 10 minutes walk to Pudong avenue metro station Line 4 & line 14), only 2 stops to Shanghai tower. There is small family mart and restaurants about 5 mins walk on Fushan road. The view from level 31 is simply spectacular. The swimming pool is unfortunately closed until next year and the change of lifts to get to the breakfast room on level 50 is a faff and very confusing.

The cleanliness of the room was amazing. The staffs of the hotel are very friendly, especially manager Andy Chu from the restaurant on the top floor. Really recommend to stay in this hotel and get the breakfast package in the restaurant 🤭😋

The hotel was bad, on the advertisement says that they have air conditioning, but they don’t! I was in a family room, a room with only one small window that was not possible to open. As the room was very hot(🥵), I asked on the front desk about it and they said there was no air conditioning, only a kind of ventilation system (not working), and they suggest me to open the window, but as my window didn’t open I asked them to change my room so they said that there is no other room for two adults and two kids. The other thing was the breakfast, the hotel was full so there was no place to seat, it’s missing forks, coffee cups, juice glasses, coffee machines not working and spilling coffee everywhere! 🤪. There were taking too much time to clean the table for the next guest, so to get a seat, you were need to clean it by yourself until they come to take the dishes m, really unpleasant situation. At last, I did the checkout and paid everything, once I was on the train station someone from the hotel called me asking when would I do the checkout and pay the missing part, 🙃!
In this momento I would not suggest this hotel to no one!

The hotel is nicely situated in Pudong, 5 minutes walking distance to the bund. The rooms are comfortable and clean, free of smokey smells. However the service during check in and check out is horribly slow. Not sure why there’s always a delay, and it could take up to 15-20 minutes per person.
