1: They advertised a bar, but there was nothing, just two bottles of water. The fridge was empty. 2: The toilet flush was very weak; paper wouldn't go down. 3: The showerhead's position in the shower stall seemed designed for children? I had to bend my head to wash my hair. I spent ages trying to turn on the rainfall shower, but couldn't, so I had to squat to take a shower. Shouldn't there at least be a higher spot to place the showerhead? 4: Parking was advertised as free, but with a time limit. You had to check out by 12 PM and move your car by 2 PM. Other hotels let you park all day, but here they said no, unless you left a good review, then they'd extend it by an hour or two. 5: The facilities were old, no doubt. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the AC's fan speed, so I just left it. The hairdryer was also an antique, though it worked fine, so I can't complain, I'm just more used to a Dyson. There was a desk, but I couldn't find an outlet nearby. There was one behind the TV, but it was incredibly difficult to plug anything in, probably for safety. I didn't use anything else, so I can't comment. 6: The location was decent, but the parking wasn't on-site with the hotel. If it rained, I had to run to another building to get my car. And for food delivery, you definitely have to go down yourself to pick it up. Basically, treat this place like a standard budget hotel. Overall, it's not bad. You can't expect too much. 7: It said they had laundry service, but I honestly felt too awkward to ask.

Excellent! The service was great, and the gym was good too. The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. Highly recommend, especially the fantastic service! Xiao Yang and Xiao Li provided exceptional service. I'll definitely come back next time. The location is also very good, with many coffee shops nearby.

The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredible convenience—it's super close to the train station, a subway station, and all sorts of shops and restaurants. Whether you're looking to shop or grab a bite, the location is absolutely perfect. The room itself was reasonably clean and functional. It's not luxurious, but it had everything I needed and was easy to use. If you're looking for a no-frills, well-located base for sightseeing or business, this hotel fits the bill perfectly. Just don't expect too many extra amenities or spacious rooms—it's practical, comfortable, and great for a short stay.

Great location, but the room's sofa was really dirty, which didn't match Shanghai's metropolitan image. The sofas in the lobby/reception area were also very dirty.

The hotel is located in the heart of Huaihai Road, which is super convenient for transport, right opposite the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. Mr. Li, who checked me in, was amazing! I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates, and when I tried to change it, my original room type wasn't available, so I ended up with different room types for my stay. Mr. Li proactively helped me secure the room type I wanted, saving me the hassle of switching rooms on my second day. He also granted me a late check-out, which was a huge help as I could finish my errands before leaving.

This hotel is located in a bustling area of central Shanghai, conveniently close to the subway station. There's a commercial complex right next door, as well as an old-school Shanghai No. 2 Food Company store, making it super easy to shop and dine.
