hotel with very very friendly and very helpful reception staff
even though we had language barriers, had to use a translation application, they did not get tired of serving us
Very suitable for those who are stopping by from the airport or going to Pudong airport, free airport pick up & drop off is available, this is very very helpful for us in carrying luggage too

The staffs were very friendly and considerate, especially Xiao Xue and Xiao Hu. They even allowed us to check in early and check out later. They also assisted us with the disney and airport transfer.

They provide free shuttle bus to Disneyland and to airport

Just 10 mins walk from Chuansha station to the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. There is a free shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland (6.30, 7.30 AM) and also free shuttle bus from Disneyland to the hotel (21.20 PM) with complimentary bread and milk. Very impressive. Didi from hotel to PVG is around 20 mins, very comfortable.

Clean and tidy, good service team always there to assist when needed. Location is close to Disneyland and the shuttle bus makes the whole Disneyland experience smooth. 👍🏻
