The whole stay is easy. Receptionist is professional. Breakfast rmb 40. Con is a bit distance from public transport station. Other than that is good.

The best services ever! We arrived at hotel at 6am morning, both of us gonna be super tired, but we just follow the policy check in time it should be 2pm only able to check in, so we just laying on the table and take a rest, but the front desk girl superb niceee, she saw both of us superb tired face, and offer us to check in in the earlier morning so we can take a rest and sleep well!
Hotel was nice !
Just only the room WiFi a bit weak, but we can use our data roaming, so no issues!

The hotel service is bad as the receptionist are rude. When you asked for something they will showed you some annoyed face
The room are not clean. I got a room that have cigarettes smell from previous travelers. When we requested for room changing, they are annoyed…
My friend lost her valuables when the cleaner clean the room. The staffs and management only gave PR answers said that the items cannot be found

The staff don't speak English which make the whole check in process difficult. The location is quite convenient. It is okay if you only want to sleep there

Staff are friendly, foreigners who couldn’t speak mandarin will have difficulty.
The room given to us on the first day are quite unclean causing me having skin allergies but manage to change a better room. The 2nd room we received were so so, toilet/ bathroom are not so clean. There is water outlet problem in the bathroom and t here is standing water problem on the floor of the bathroom.

Excellent location in the heart of downtown, easy to access to everywhere. My room was not ready at 6pm check-in which was a bit disappointing. I had to wait for 30min for the room to be prepared. Otherwise, the service is very good and the facility is adequate for a boutique hotel for business travel.
