Extremely satisfied with my stay! My room was upgraded and it was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend it, and I'll be back next time. Thumbs up!

The service was great! They offer a shuttle to the airport and subway station, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the freshly made noodles and wontons for breakfast were delicious. The hotel is also conveniently located near various amenities, especially the ancient town, which is right by the river, making it super easy to take a relaxing stroll around.

Facilities: The air conditioning was incredibly noisy, even on the lowest setting, making it sound like I was on an airplane. The windows were quite small and didn't match what was shown in the booking preview. Cleanliness: It was just okay. The bedside table was covered in dust. Environment: The overall atmosphere was dim and gloomy. The room smelled of smoke, likely from previous guests, and I was told all other rooms were the same. Service: The service was alright, but it felt like mechanical politeness rather than genuine assistance. They didn't proactively ask about parking needs, and I had to go back to the front desk to be let out of the parking lot.

Pretty good. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The only thing is that the slippers are single-use cotton ones, which aren't great for showering. Also, the shampoo and shower gel are in large, non-disposable bottles. And the outlets had some electrical issues. Overall, it's alright.

This is my second time staying here, and I think it's a great choice for a Disneyland trip. It offers excellent value for money. The room is beautiful and very clean, the service is fantastic, and the food selection is generous. They even have complimentary wontons at night when you get back!

Here are the things I was most satisfied with during my stay: 🚐 **Shuttle Service:** The free Disney shuttle is definitely a highlight. The complimentary airport pickup and drop-off are also very practical. Airport pick-up runs from 12:30 PM to midnight, every two hours. We arrived on an afternoon flight, booked a day in advance, and got straight into the car after landing – super convenient. 🛏️ **Room Amenities:** Everything you need is there. The mattress is a Sealy latex mattress, just the right firmness. After a day of exploring, I fell asleep instantly. The room has a mini-fridge, and the bathroom is separated (wet and dry areas). The vanity is in the entrance area, which is a bit unconventional but doesn't hinder use. The room has a window that can be opened for ventilation, which is a big plus. 🍳 **Breakfast and Thoughtful Services** The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options. Chinese pastries like black rice porridge, fermented glutinous rice, and red date and white fungus soup are particularly popular. In addition, there's a 24-hour self-service laundry room, a gym, and robot food delivery, all available. 🏯 **Location Bonus: Walking Distance to Chuansha Ancient Town** Chuansha Ancient Town is just across the bridge from the hotel's back entrance. It's lovely to stroll through the old streets after breakfast in the morning, or take a walk on your way back in the evening. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

I stayed for a few days and the soundproofing was decent. It's in a residential area, so it was very quiet at night. There's also a small river nearby where you can take a walk. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.

Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and the staff were all smiles throughout, patiently answering all my questions about travel and dining. They even thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's facilities and usage rules. The whole process was smooth and quick. Stepping into the guest room, my first impression was how clean and tidy it was. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the overall decor was simple yet stylish, making it feel incredibly comfortable. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress was just right – not too firm, not too soft – allowing my fatigue to melt away instantly for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This has to be one of the worst hotels operated by Trip.com. I suspect most of the positive reviews are fake. 😡 If you're visiting Disneyland, definitely do NOT stay here. Hygiene: As soon as we entered, there was a strong musty smell. Housekeeping clearly didn't clean thoroughly; you could see it in all the details. Both my companions found hair in their rooms. The next day, I broke out in very noticeable rashes on my arms and lower legs, which were incredibly itchy! The only solution offered was to change rooms. Facilities: The bed in the room felt very cramped, and all the facilities were old. The sink had scratches all over it, and it was my first time seeing a hotel use a shower curtain instead of a glass enclosure. Service: The whole point of staying near Disney is for convenient transportation, but their advertised subway shuttle only runs twice a day. The Disneyland shuttle is also infrequent, with only one evening trip, and both require booking a day in advance. Furthermore, there were no thoughtful services for early-rising Disney visitors, like packed breakfasts. Apart from one short-haired female front desk agent who actively helped us change rooms, the staff generally seemed unenthusiastic and unprofessional.
