Renaissance Shanghai Hongqiao

The location is superb, nestled in the upscale Hongqiao district, and very close to commercial areas. Getting around and finding places to eat by taxi is super convenient. The room is simple yet bright, perfect for business travelers. The Wi-Fi speed is excellent, and it seems this hotel gets fully booked very quickly! The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, especially Michael Wenbo and Lynda from the front desk (their cocktails are both beautiful and delicious!). Overall, it offers great value for money.

She was incredibly attentive and polite in her communication throughout our stay, proactively offering travel tips and ensuring all our needs, from check-in times to room preferences, were perfectly arranged. Her professionalism truly shone through in every detail, significantly enhancing our overall experience. We'll definitely choose the Renaissance Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel again on our next visit, and Cindy deserves high praise!

The room was excellent, located near Hongqiao Road with a great view of the villa area. Selena and Lynable at the front desk provided fantastic service, and the breakfast was also very good. The housekeeping auntie was very warm and friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable. I arrived quite late, and Rick from the concierge team was fantastic – so warm and welcoming. He helped me with my luggage to my room and even gave me a rundown of the hotel's facilities in the elevator. The breakfast selection was extensive, and in the evenings, there was a Ukrainian live band, which created a wonderful atmosphere. My short stay here felt just like home, leaving me with relaxed and pleasant memories.

This was my family's first time staying at the Renaissance Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel, and we were incredibly lucky to meet Wenbo, the guest relations manager at the front desk. Seeing that there were three of us, he proactively upgraded us to a twin room with a large balcony. Our child was absolutely thrilled upon entering the room! The balcony offered an expansive view, excellent ventilation, and plenty of natural light. Sitting out there in the evening, enjoying the breeze, was incredibly pleasant. Wenbo also patiently introduced us to the hotel's facilities, such as the breakfast area, gym, and pool, which made our stay feel effortless. Because our initial experience was so good, and we were very satisfied with both the room and the service, we decided to extend our stay for another night on the spot. Throughout our stay, Wenbo was consistently warm and attentive, promptly responding to any requests we had. I sincerely thank Wenbo for his professionalism and thoughtfulness; he made this family trip exceptionally warm and memorable. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I saw the recommendations for brunch and decided to try it – it was absolutely delicious, especially the bacon and potato pizza, which had a generous amount of cheese. The pork cheek dish looked unassuming but had an excellent texture when I tried it; I ate so much! **Facilities**: Very good. The shower pressure was stable and the water heated up quickly. There was also a small coffee machine in the room. The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the fragrance smelled lovely. **Hygiene**: The room was very clean, as were the bathroom and the bed. Cleanliness is what I value most in accommodation, so I had no worries here. **Environment**: Excellent. The complimentary fruit platter was very generous, and the pastries were delicious. The minibar was super well-stocked, and the first round was free. Enjoying it while watching TV in the evening was fantastic. **Service**: Lynable at the front desk was very enthusiastic during check-in and processed everything quickly – a definite thumbs-up. Thanks to Carina for her help when I went downstairs to grab something. The staff were all very friendly and responded quickly. It was a very pleasant trip, and I'll definitely come back!

My stay here was excellent, exceeding all my expectations. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. Check-in was efficient and quick, and any questions I had were patiently answered. The room was spotless, well-arranged, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. All the in-room facilities were complete and well-maintained, making everyday use very convenient. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional and attentive, especially Odele from the concierge, who kindly showed me to my room and assisted with my booking. Any issues during my stay were promptly addressed. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

The room amenities were great, and we even got to enjoy the mini-bar during our stay. Breakfast was fantastic! The front desk staff, LYNABLE and CARINA, provided excellent service. The gym facilities were also superb.
