The QUBE Hotel Shanghai Pudong (Shanghai International Resort)

I chose the Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao for my trip to Chuansha, mainly because of its excellent location. To my surprise, the service was also fantastic! Ms. Willow was incredibly thoughtful, even offering tea and towels upon check-in. The hotel is quite large and has been around for a while, so some areas show a bit of age, but all the facilities are still well-maintained. Overall, it was a great stay, largely due to the excellent service. The room was also lovely, with a full-length mirror and floor-to-ceiling windows. Very satisfied.

I was so tired after my journey to Shanghai, but thankfully, I met Willow, our housekeeper. The hotel's location is excellent, and taking the shuttle to Disneyland is super convenient – you just need to book in advance! When I checked in, she proactively offered me iced lemonade and even helped me with my luggage all the way to my room. The lobby continuously provides tea, drinks, and snacks, which you can enjoy at your leisure. Willow is incredibly attentive and considerate of guests' feelings. It was so heartwarming to receive such kindness in Shanghai. Next time I visit, I'll definitely prioritize booking this hotel again.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips, and the experience is consistently great. It's definitely my top choice in the Chuansha area. Especially, the butler Willow is incredibly reliable. When I was checking in with my luggage, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even hand-wrote a little note with local food recommendations. The room hygiene is impeccable. There's a laundry room and gym on the 4th floor, which is super convenient – I washed my clothes at night and they were dry by morning. When I checked out, Willow even asked if I had a comfortable stay, making me feel like a friend. This hotel is always my first choice whenever I'm in Chuansha.

This hotel, with its 19 floors, feels grand and spacious from the moment you step inside. The lobby is bright, the floors spotless, and the overall decor evokes an old Shanghai charm, complete with beautiful flower arrangements. Even the hallway lights are a warm yellow, creating a nostalgic ambiance when lit at night. The guest rooms are impeccably clean and tidy, with neatly made beds and clutter-free desks. My concierge, Vivian, knowing I'm a regular, proactively upgraded my room for free this time. The new room offers an even better view, showcasing a distant city skyline. Breakfast is as abundant as ever, featuring freshly cooked shredded pork and preserved vegetable noodles, and steamed siu mai straight from the steamer. I'm always satisfied with the breakfast whenever I stay here. I've stayed many times now and have never been disappointed.

Our room booking originally included breakfast for two, but since there were three of us, she immediately offered an extra complimentary breakfast and even brought us a fresh fruit platter.
