4.5/ 5ExcellentThis was a pleasant surprise! Great location, close to multiple subway and bus lines, restaurants and shops. Front desk service was the only really negative. They clearly didn’t want to help me, as I was a foreigner and were not helpful or pleasant - this was the same at check-in and check-out. Room was clean, had good amenities, and was comfortable

5/ 5PerfectThis is a very lovely hotel with its perfectly convenient location just opposite of one of the main railway stations. Ideal for short business trips and for humans if they want to hang out in Shanghai. Nice contemporary designed. Having uk /continental receptacle plug was really a good bonus for me. I do definitely recommend. Looking forward to stay here again. Price wise also very competitive. No need to go to “chain” hotels nearby to pay extra premium just for the name...
