Nice stay with a free shuttle bus via Pudong Airport (Both Terminal) 24 hours. The bus is on time. From the Airport (T2), you just wait in front of Gate 26 (Same bus stop for a loop line bus between T1&T2). You won't miss it, as you'll see the hotel name in english (Quite big!) on the side of the shuttle bus.

Great stay here. Located about 300m from metro LIne 2 to Hongyi Plaza ini the crossing road of nanjing lu. Close to the bund. Room is clean. Aircon great. Sandals , hair drier, soap, shampo, towels. Close to many restaurants. All great. Would love to come back here again.

I wouldn’t mind staying at this hotel again. The only downside is that there is no subway station close to the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the front desk staff were nice and friendly. My mom especially enjoyed the AI room service. 😊

I contacted the hotel a few days before my flight, although they couldn't speak English very well, they added my wechat to provide me with the information I needed, they sent me a PDF file pointing out how and when to find the shuttle bus to the hotel which was only 15min away from Pudong international airport, and when I wanted to order food, they helped me order through Meituan and sent my food to my room with the service robot.
breakfast is from 5 to 9am and it's a mixture of chinese and western food.
When I wanted to change my shuttle bus appointement from 5pm to 2pm, they were happy to change.
All in all, it wasn't a bad experiience

Great value for money if you need to stay near the airport with a free transfer.
A couple of watchouts though:
- shuttle departs from 3rd floor at T2 (Departures, not Arrivals!)
- Power outlet by the bed is not universal, e.g. European plug will not fit. American one will, though. Bring an adapter!
The surrounding area is somewhat lively: there are convenience stores and eateries.

Booked this hotel mostly because of the location given we have a morning flight out. Didn't expect too much of it. At check-in, a warm 银耳羹 was given, my daughter liked it a lot. We are a family of three, and we were told the third pair of slippers will be delivered to our room. A few minutes later, we had a surprise visit from a robot delivering our slippers. The room is on the smaller side, but all amenities are there, clean and comfortable. In the morning, I was having trouble using WeChat scanning code to get the free breakfast, the lady at the front desk (工号10）was very helpful and accommodating not wanting us to leave with empty stomach. Shuttle to the airport was smooth. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Stayed here for a one-night transit. It's still quite a distance away from the airport but I guess that's because the Pudong area itself is a little out of nowhere.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Amenities were sufficient.
However, cleaniless left more to be desired.. The bathroom wasn't too clean and the room was pretty dusty.
The TV wasn't working as there was no connection.
The shuttle bus to the airport was convenient enough, but I think they do pick ups between 3 hotels, which may be an issue if there are too many guests at one time.
