Decent hotel , about 5km to songjiang train station. Near by a lot of eateries, quite convenient . The room is big , shoes cleaning service is a suprise ! The front desk customer service is new and unable to provides tour around information. Overall good to stay with reasonable price.

The staff was really helpful. They provided a fairly decent Chinese breakfast. The rooms were clean, but there was an underlying smell of smoke. The AC was not controllable for the room, which was annoying as it was not comfortable for me. The surrounds we quiet. The break fast was a decent Chinese breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay.

Unfortunately ın my floor, there was no internet connection. Sometimes it was very low signal but most of the time no internet!

The room itself is okay, but the walls are too thin and you hear the people next door very clearly. Also, the direction my room faced was to a warehouse where delivery bikes were super loud literally all throughout the night, so I barely slept. Decent view though.

Great little hotel for locals. Staff don't speak English but use a translator and it worked pretty well. Loved the snacks in the room. Was perfect for my purpose. Dinner best outside hotel. Photo is view from the 19th floor. Chinese gift shop had some exquisite pieces..

The experience completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warmth of home. The room is elegantly designed and fully equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, every corner is spotlessly clean, and the details are carefully considered. Special thanks to Xiao Chen at the front desk! Her warm smile instantly relieved our fatigue from the journey. When checking in, she not only patiently introduced the hotel's special services, but also took the initiative to help us upgrade to a room with a better view. When we encountered itinerary problems the next day, Xiao Chen coordinated and solved them as soon as possible, and even thoughtfully handwrote the surrounding food guide and transportation routes. Her professionalism and sincere care made us feel cared for like family, and this "customer-first" service spirit is really precious! Whether it is hardware facilities or humanistic services, this place is perfect. Highly recommended to all travelers who pursue quality, looking forward to meeting this warmth next time!

The room is very tidy and clean, the breakfast is rich in variety, the service attitude of the ladies in the front hall is super good, and the cleaning aunt is also very polite. I am grateful for all the good things I have experienced in Hua Xi Mei Shi, and look forward to staying next time!
