The room was great, and the bathroom was very clean with hot water. The air conditioning in the room could be adjusted up to 30 degrees Celsius, which made sleeping in the room very comfortable during winter. A big thanks to the hotel staff for receiving my express delivery from Suzhou to Shanghai and for reminding me to pick it up at the front desk! 👍👍👍👍

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, even offering a complimentary room upgrade. The room design is stylish, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view, and the bedding was so comfortable I had a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and high-end toiletries. Attention to detail was evident everywhere: the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and the turndown service was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with local specialties that were truly authentic. Overall cleanliness was impeccable, and the value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time! Highly recommend to all travelers~

The hotel's location is very convenient for public transport, making it easy to get to Nanjing Road and The Bund. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in the same area. The front desk staff are very friendly and even helped deliver my takeout order to my room after it arrived at the reception desk.
