I've been to Shanghai so many times and I'm the most satisfied one. The location is in the neighborhood next to the subway. It's convenient to go everywhere. The rooms are ventilated and the balcony and kitchen are convenient for living. Recommend!

The location of the house is relatively good, the transportation is convenient, and the facilities in the room are also OK. When I checked in, the bed linen in a room was broken, and the hair dryer was broken. All the details were problematic. I took photos and videos in time. I was afraid that there would be disputes in the later refund of the deposit. I left the house early due to the epidemic, and took photos and videos when I checked out. Fortunately for this wise move, there were still twists and turns when refunding the deposit. The landlord said for a while that the sheets were covered with stains that could not be washed off but refused to provide a photo proof. For a while, he said that the room was upgraded for free at that time. The deposit can only be refunded afterwards (all the chat screenshots and call recordings are proof). Although it was almost 11 o'clock in the evening on the day of departure, the deposit was reluctantly refunded, but the experience was very bad. Also remind friends who check in later to remember to take photos when checking in and leaving.

Come to Shanghai for a gathering with friends during the Dragon Boat Festival. This homestay is really cost-effective, very clean and comfortable to live in! When I came to this homestay that day, there were windows open in the room, which provided good ventilation and was not boring at all. There is a subway station nearby, so it's easy to go anywhere! Hot water and air conditioning are ok! OK!

有生以來最差的住房體驗： 1、預訂的房間沒有了，説換同小區的房子，所以接受了換房，按照攜程上地址導航過去後，微信發來了另外一個小區地址。 2、不及時發電子鎖密碼，民宿這邊負責人要求顧客自己聯繫房東付按金才發密碼，有需求和房東溝通。 3、房間陽台晾着未乾的被褥，彷彿來到別人家裡，懷疑旁邊就是是品如的衣櫃。 4、房間內沒有礦泉水、沒有毛巾、浴巾，看了攜程房間設施處沒有標誌提供這些東西，所以自己叫外賣。 5、準備洗澡時，發現浴室內兩套洗髮水沐浴露、一套過期，一套用的一乾二淨，再次叫外賣上門。 6、早晨8點半，房東電話詢問是否續住，並提出要求顧客帶走垃圾。 7、上午9:50，房東電話告知，空調壞了漏水被投訴，20分鐘後將有工人上門維修。10:00我們就退房走了。 作為消費者沒有提出要求，但卻被要求，這樣的感覺真的很不爽。唯一好的一點就是床比較舒服。

房子是裝修挺新的，房東人很好。房間也很乾凈可以做飯比較方便。跟醫院就隔一道牆看病很方便

這次房東給了升級，馬路對面就是超市什麼都可以買到，離地鐵步行700米非常便利，這次非常感謝房東給力的支持！

地理位置好，乾淨整潔，周到服務，設施齊全！值得推薦！
