Very central location in 外滩 Shanghai where there's a good coffee punchline. And next to nanjing pedestrian street where all the happening are. Comfortable sleep with 乳胶枕头 arch pillow

My family stayed here for 4 nights. The staff is very friendly and the size of the room is just nice. The breakfast is also very delicious and they serve porridge at night for free! However, the bed was quite hard. The location is accessible to amenities like restaurants but it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest Subway Station. Overall, the experience was good and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Travelled with a family of 4 with 2 kids. Room not that big. Location was pretty good, just 7 mins walk to east nanjing road. Breakfast buffet was normal, not a wide variety. Service was normal, nothing out of the norm. For laundry, best to use it during the wee hours or early morning. Crowd in the evening swarm in the laundry room.

Highly recommended! exceptional service and aminities offered that rarely found at other hotel - special thanks to all staff make my stay pleasant, my first time ever leave the hotel with no dirty cloth in my luggage - the hotel actually appointed one staff to help out their guest with the laundry at no extra cost. The hotel also flexible with the check-in time , I arrived at 10AM and they let me to check-in the room with no extra cost

Great location. Few minutes walk to the Bund and Nanjing East Road. Surrounding by restaurants, 24/7 mart and even a 24hours pharmacy. Will welcome all to stay in this hotel.

the room is ok, online pictures are probably nicer than in real life but that’s ok. staffs are friendly, check in was very smooth, they helped us with the luggage storage too. housekeeping were done everyday. location is near to the bund, walking distance to nanjing east road and yuyuan old street. about 10mins walk from the metro station. here comes the negative part, room have very bad sound-proofing. we were very unlucky because some guests were talking along the corridor at midnight for 2 hours and they were smoking as well. the cigg smell went into our room and affected my sleep cause the whole room smelt like cigg. eventually i think some other guests made a complain. the morning of 13/11/25, drilling sound can be heard very loudly from the room. that was around 8am+. we were not informed for any noisy works prior.understand that some works have to be carried out, but shouldn’t it be done late morning/afternoon when most of the guests are not resting or in their rooms?
