Atour Hotel (Shanghai Caohejing)

The room was very big and spacious, and Atour's service was impeccable! The laundry and late-night snack service were convenient and heartwarming, and the room was clean and tidy!

The environment is great and the service is excellent. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room, though small, was quite charming and the mattress was really comfortable. The location is super convenient, right above the subway station. I did hear subway noises at night, but luckily I'm a late sleeper. They even provided 3M earplugs in the room, which was a thoughtful touch!

The room was very comfortable, the front desk service was warm and welcoming, and the staff were professional, enthusiastic, and efficient. They were quick to help with any issues. The room itself was clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, and they even offered a late-night snack. All the amenities were consistent with Atour's usual high standards. Breakfast was also very plentiful.

My stay this time far exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady! She greeted me proactively upon arrival in the lobby, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. She thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local travel tips. The service was professional and warm. The hotel room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, just the consistent quality I expect from Atour. It was truly the front desk's attentive and meticulous service that added an extra sense of peace to my trip. I highly recommend this hotel and will prioritize staying here again!

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff had an excellent attitude. Even the cleaning lady in the hallway would greet us with a smile. The parking lot is huge, and right across the street is a Metro supermarket. There's also a laundry room; you just write down your room number, and the staff will deliver your washed and dried clothes to you, which was great. I accidentally left an item of clothing behind when I checked out, and they kindly called to remind me and even couriered it to me. Many thanks!

Great location, very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, consistent with Atour's usual standards. I had a really good sleep.

The room was great and the environment was nice. The service was proactive and responsible. Parking was super convenient and easy to find. The surroundings were okay, but shopping was a bit far.

Not bad, the room was quite spacious, the hot water was really hot, and the A/C was nice and cool.
