Mercure Hotel Shanghai Global Harbor

First off, the location is excellent with convenient transportation. The subway station is right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's butler service is thoughtful and attentive, and the internal environment is quiet, making you feel very relaxed and comfortable. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Located in the same building as Jiushi Travel, this hotel occupies floors 9-14. The elevators are shared with the office floors, but you need your room card to access the hotel floors. The minibar drinks are complimentary, the slippers are quite thick, and there are four bottles of water provided – the amenities are really good. The toilet is smart, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, with the shower and sink area separate, which makes grabbing clothes and towels a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are warm and attentive. It's right next to Global Harbor, so dining and entertainment are very convenient! Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended!

This hotel is super close to the subway station, which is perfect for anyone catching a high-speed train. The location is excellent. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful, definitely five stars! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall called Global Harbor just down the street. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Mercure is always my top choice when I travel. The ambiance, from the lobby to the rooms, is excellent. The lady at the front desk was incredibly attentive and really focused on the guest experience. All the staff are professional and dedicated, always offering suggestions from a customer's perspective. The breakfast is delicious too; the coffee machine is great, and the mini wontons every morning are so tasty! The hotel is also very close to Jinshajiang Road subway station, only about 200 meters away, making it super convenient to get to Global Harbor and Global City. It's really close to the city center.

The rooms at Mercure Hotel are clean, tidy, spacious, and odorless. It's definitely worth coming back!
