GRAND KINGTOWN S HOTEL

At first we thought that the hotel is in a bad place but turns out there’s a cool place next to it where you can relax, grab coffee, ice cream, or even dinner date. The hotel is clean, we even changed the staying dates without any problems, the staff is very helpful, and delivery robots are the best. I would recommend, specially for couples

The hotel was really wonderful, very good and comfortable, and it was good in all aspects: (reception - restaurant, facilities, dealings....) Everything was good. The hotel is very close to the metro station, You can just walk for ten minutes or less and you will arrive. The hotel is close to restaurants and a famous tourist place ( Panlong Tiandi ) ... Also Mr. Lau Zhang was very helpful to us... I really recommend this hotel and I will come back to it again. If you come to Shanghai👌🏻

Nice place to stay its very convenient from Shanghai Hongqiao station take line 17 after 2 station exit 2 walking distance 5 minute , next to hotel there are many restaurants and some Bar , had Indian meal at Corn & Brew , hotel is big , good service and specially taken care by Manager Linda ! Cleanness need to improve !

Overall stay has been okay with better service staff at check in counter than my first stay

This is our repeated stay in Shanghai Hongqiao area. We will be back to stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is located in an area close to Panlong Tiandi, a touristic destination. It offers various different styles of food, but during the Chinese New Year it is very clouded, some hot eateries will need to wait for very long time to get a seat or a table. The hotel is fine, the personnel and services are excellent, in term of facilities it is also in big part fulfilling my expectations except the water temperature, it is simply not hot enough, so I couldn’t have a real hot bath even though I had a family room equipped with a bathtub. In addition, my older mother couldn’t enjoy good shower also due the water isn’t warm enough. The Chinese foods at breakfast is very nice with many choices, but the western style foods are very few and the quality is not bad but mediocre, with coffee and tea are all very thin virtually no flavor. Of course, it doesn’t matter much if you are only looking for rich and good Chinese foods at breakfast while don’t mind of offerings of western style foods. The benefit to stay in this hotel is more attractive for travelers who will be use Hongqiao airport or Hongqiao Railway Station, the distance to those is about 12 to 15 minutes with car.
