窗户：預訂的顯示明明是有窗户的房間，靠走廊或過道。然後我辦入住的時候前台就説這個房間沒窗户，我提出質疑為什麼沒有窗户，前台説你上去看了就知道。然後我進門看到的窗户外面就是牆，根本不通風，是一個密閉的房間。
衞生：很差，地上都是沒清理乾淨的污漬
用品：房間説明顯示有拖鞋浴帽梳子等用品，實際上根本就沒有。就算不是一次性拖鞋，洗澡的涼拖也總得有吧？不敢相信上海的酒店房間裏連一雙拖鞋都沒有。浴帽和梳子也都沒。浴巾和枕套都是破的。
隔音：很差。門口有人經過有人説話全聽得到
房門：我半夜辦入住的時候房間門是虛掩着的，安全性有待質疑。然後我早上出門了一趟關了門，回來用鑰匙就打不開了。前台上來幫我開鎖也開了很久。
