This property is unexpectedly amazing with all what I looked for: location with the surrounding vibe; room size with near panoramic city view which is what I was hoping for; amenities that bring comfort and luxury, the last but definitely not the least, services it provided which were accommodating and meet or even exceed 5 star standards too. It is worth mentioning that the receptionists, 091Foeileen in particular cared so much about customer’s satisfaction with radiant and warm smile towards guests. I will definitely come back in the future. BTW, the pool is stunning for lap swimming which is so rare for a five star hotel anywhere in the world.

The hotel is very well-maintained, and they handled my birthday arrangements thoughtfully. The afternoon tea at the Club Lounge offered a great variety of items, and more importantly, everything tasted excellent. Breakfast was also a highlight – truly delicious.

Booked this room for a family birthday. We were so pleasantly surprised by the room decor, and they even gave us a small cake! The service was incredibly warm and attentive. First time staying at the Jing An Shangri-La, and the high-floor view was absolutely amazing! Probably the best panoramic view in Puxi. You can see Pudong's 'three-piece suit' (Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, and Shanghai Tower), as well as the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Lupu Bridge. The Horizon Club afternoon tea had a great variety, and Ivy and Chloe provided incredibly attentive service. I'll definitely be back!
