Water seeping walls, windows that can't be closed even after repairs, rooms that are not soundproof, sheets that have blood on them and haven't been washed, a blocked sewer that no one came to after two days of calling, waiting 45 minutes for towels after three calls, a road 1.8 kilometers from the nearest subway station, and a package that no one noticed on the table at the door, all make up the three stars I give you.
