An investigation revealed that this was due to inadequate supervision of the recent room cleaning process. We have immediately taken the following corrective measures: 1. Retraining all housekeeping staff to strengthen hygiene standards; 2. Implementing a three-tiered inspection system, with supervisors, managers, and supervisors overseeing each level; 3.
