I booked superior room, the room is clean. Near shanghai railway station, MRT (about 500meter). Infront of the hotel there is family mart and restaurant (open from morning til night and the food is so good). The best about this hotel is the man in receptionist who responsibility in the night. Very kind, helpful! Will be back if i go to Shanghai! I take didi taxi go to nanjing road, cloud nine plaza, the bund, yuyuan. This place not far, just take about 15minutes go popular place and about 20-30RMB.

Love Yitel! Location is good very close to subway. Its clean, spacious room. The only issue i remember is the room had too small window. But overall it's nice. And shop working 247 is within building as well! And many restaurants nearby!

This hotel is located very close (5 min walk) to metro line 1 so it has easy access to city center, as well as Shanghai Railway Station. The room was spacious and clean when I arrived but occasionally the bathroom smelled of smoke, but would disappear after a while. Staff were polite and friendly and check in and out was quick and easy. I would recommend to stay here.

It was raining the day I arrived. The hotel was easy to find and nice location pretty near train station! Honestly the girls who helped me with checked in that night was so friendly and kind. Got upgraded to bigger room with king size mattress, window and more space. Love the room ! It was cleaned and well maintained. Definitely will stay here again on my next visit !!!

A short work related transit stay… quite near with the train station. Nice location and the room is decent even though it’s quite cramp .

The room is very clean.
The location is good few walk to the metro.
Family mart nearby.
Tips for traveller: If you have a luggage go to exit 2 it has an escalator. Exit 3 has a stair with 10+ step

The toilet flush for my room is not friendly use, please check for it, and the bed sheet was dirty. I've called to reception and they sent a stuff to my room and change for it.
Stuffs here are friendly and helpful. I liked their attitude and manners.
I'll book this hotel again when I come to Shanghai next time. Thank you so much!
