All the staff are nice, except one front desk staff who is rude towards foreigners, doesnt use translator app.

Modern, Convenient, and 24/7 Service! We arrived very late (4 AM), but check-in was smooth—reception was available and welcoming. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station, which made travel super convenient. The design is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms. Bonus: there’s a Family Mart right downstairs for quick snacks and essentials. Great stay overall!

The place is clean, close to the railway station , the room is very clean, the hotel staff is very nice, always ready to help.

I got a great deal and this was amazing value. Hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. The hotel is nice - lobby is good and the robot that brings deliveries is nice. Although the staff couldn’t speak English they always tried with google translate. The cleaning of my room was good and efficient and I liked the free water bottles. Only thing was as my room was right next to the elevator it was quite noisy. But thank you Yitel! I had a great stay.

Small room but clean and nice, good enough for 1 night and staying near the Shanghai train station. Highly revommend of you have an esrly train at Shanghai railway station.

This hotel was comfortable and nice. I stayed there to take a morning train from the Shanghai Railway Station and it was convenient. You get a breakfast coupon for a food hall around the corner, it’s difficult to navigate without Chinese but it’s a nice experience.

The place is very good, all things are ok but the last stay they, they forgot to fulfill the tissue, rooms are beautiful but not really comfortable

the hotel is good but a little bit far from metro station. next to hotel have minimart easy to find snack and food also. the staff was very nice.. I ask for 1hour extention time check out because my son was sick., and the hotel allow me to stay longer for 1 hour check out time. I am so thankful to the hotel and the staff. recommended hotel for you who want find a good price. I stay here for 4 nights and great to stay here. far from crowded street so you can enjoy your sleep. near shopping mall also.

Honestly, I’m not sure why are there so many good reviews from this branch. The male staff was super rude and not friendly. The rooms are quite dirty and the house keeping is bad. Requested the housekeeping to do change the bedsheet on the 2nd night but came back to the same set of bedsheet.. I even found a cockroach on the wall. Btw, this is non smoking hotel but the male staff was smoking in the room beside the reception. When questioned, the manager denied. This caused the whole hotel lobby to reek of cigarette smell. The only consolation was the friendly female reception. Other than the affordability of this hotel, I don’t think there are any other positive things to say. Avoid this hotel at all cost

I don’t have photos inside the hotel room but I like it because it is clean and enough space only to move around and open 1 luggage. The location is near train station walking distance from hotel to train station around 600 meters or 10 minutes to Shanghai railway, nearest station. There’s a family mart outside the hotel, and the staff are helpful.

Room was larger than I thought comparing to What I’ve read in some reviews. Great ammenities! Room a bit outdated and cleaning could be better. Location ok if not carrying larga bags from station. Convenient 24h store at first floor. Breakfast options ok - you get a voucher and pay the price difference depending on what you choose. Fair.
