The service was excellent. I forgot to book through the mini-program this time, so breakfast wasn't included. However, the front desk staff were very kind and gave me complimentary breakfast and a souvenir.

Every business trip, I stay at Atour, and the quality is consistently excellent. This time, they even upgraded my room for free! The breakfast is also very good, with some variations every day. The Atour Planet pillow is indeed fantastic; I had a great night's sleep!

Although it's been around for a few years, the hotel is still well-maintained and clean. The TV has screen casting, and food delivery is handled by a robot. The front desk staff was very nice. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

A truly warm and pleasant stay. Atour not only has great facilities, but more importantly, the service is incredibly thoughtful. I have trouble falling asleep and am sensitive to noise, so when they helped me choose a room, the staff were very attentive and proactively offered to change my room. When I needed to extend my check-out time due to my travel plans, they immediately accommodated me. And when I was leaving, they even went out of their way to carry my heavy luggage to the car. The front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff all greeted me warmly and offered assistance. Thank you all!

I had a really pleasant stay at this Atour Hotel. Overall, the service was very good and comparable to some larger hotel brands. While a small number of staff didn’t feel entirely genuine, most of the team were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the lighting was slightly on the dim side for my preference. One highlight was the cute robot that delivers items to your room — a nice and fun touch. I also really appreciated the 24-hour laundry service, which was very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The lighting in the room was quite poor, and on our last day, all the spotlights stopped working, making it incredibly dim. The toothpaste, toothbrush, and comb were cleared out during housekeeping, but they weren't restocked. We were quite confused when we went to use them in the morning.

The facilities, cleanliness, and environment all met the usual high standards. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's a quiet oasis despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing is great.

【Touching Service Details】 • Flexible and considerate: We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM on January 7th, and the three ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly. They helped us check in early so we could rest sooner. • Prompt response: After discovering a smoke smell in one of the rooms, the front desk responded immediately and thoughtfully placed an air purifier in the room to deal with it. • Heartwarming check-out: The next morning, when we checked out, the gentleman at the front desk offered us warm bottled water. Such perfect attention to detail. • Lost and found: Most gratefully, after we left, we realized we had left a bracelet in the bathroom. We contacted the hotel, and the staff were very enthusiastic about helping us find it. They quickly arranged for it to be couriered to our next hotel. Thank you so much! 【A Small Suggestion】 The hotel's soft services are impeccable; every staff member we encountered was outstanding. The only slight drawback is that the hardware facilities are a bit dated. The floor in one of the large king rooms had noticeable water damage marks, which slightly affected the visual appeal. Summary: The service is absolutely perfect! It would be even more perfect if the hardware could be renovated and maintained.
