HanTing Hotel (Shanghai People's Square Dagu Road)

The room amenities are basic, but it's clean and tidy, and the environment is nice. The service attitude is excellent. The room is a bit small, and some of the facilities are still not very complete. They still need to make some improvements.

The room was quite small. It had its own air conditioning unit. The front desk staff were very nice. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. I booked five nights separately and canceled three of them. It was very convenient for food, with delicious pan-fried buns right downstairs.

The location isn't particularly close to the subway station. It's just a bunch of rooms packed onto the second floor, and there's no elevator. The staircase also looks like it's still under construction. As for the 'deluxe' in 'Deluxe King Room,' I couldn't see anything deluxe about it. There was also a strange smell inside the room. The hairdryer was so old I was worried it would burn my hair. The disposable toiletries that should have been in the bathroom were actually handed to me at check-in. I booked this thinking it was a Hanting Hotel, but I didn't expect it to be like this. So unprofessional! This is an honest review, with no personal feelings involved.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. I'll definitely book again.

Pretty good! Even with the typhoon, they provided water and promptly brought extra blankets when requested. **Facilities:** Well-equipped. **Cleanliness:** Good. They cleaned daily, changed trash bags, and refilled toilet paper. **Environment:** Decent. It's conveniently located next to a supermarket and a pan-fried bun shop.

I had a great stay here during my trip! The staff were very warm and attentive, which I really appreciated. I hope they keep up the good work and that the hotel continues to improve. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, which makes getting around a breeze. For this area, the value for money is exceptional. It was a very comfortable stay, and the front desk lady was incredibly helpful, storing my luggage for me. Her service was excellent, really top-notch!
